At our offices located Edinburgh, Glasgow and Stirling, you can book in to meet with one of our tech experts for one to one training, help to fix any devices you already have, and to try out new devices to find the right one for you. We also hold groups that you are welcome to pop along to such as the Accessible Gaming Groups as well as group training too.

We deliver hands‑on training with screen readers, magnifiers, accessible apps and smart home tools, and can prepare new devices so they are fully accessible from day one. Our team also offers clear, practical advice on choosing the right technology and provides guidance for carers, family members and professionals supporting someone with sight loss. The office acts as a local hub where people can book appointments, receive follow‑up support and access ongoing, friendly assistance with accessible technology. Glasgow Office
TripleTapTech’s Glasgow office serves as the organisation’s Headquarters and main operational base. From here, our team provides personalised, one‑to‑one support for people with a visual impairment, helping with device setup, accessibility features, troubleshooting and confidence‑building with everyday technology. We offer hands‑on training with screen readers, magnifiers, accessible apps and smart home tools, and can prepare new devices so they are fully accessible from day one. The Glasgow Headquarters also coordinates our charity’s wider operations across Scotland, including volunteer support, community engagement and the delivery of accessible technology services. Carers, family members and professionals are welcome to access guidance and training, and the office provides a consistent, friendly point of contact for ongoing sight loss support. We also offer clear, practical advice on choosing the right technology and provide guidance for carers, family members and professionals supporting someone with sight loss. The office includes a dedicated Community Hub in the West Wing, a welcoming space that local groups, charities and community organisations are invited to use for meetings, activities and accessible technology sessions. This hub strengthens our commitment to supporting the wider Stirling community while providing a friendly, local base for ongoing sight loss support.
