July 2021 Update
Hello from all the team at TripleTapTech. We are wishing everyone an amazing July. The team at TripleTapTech are continuing to provide our remote services below, but we are also starting to plan our face-to-face services for when it is safe to do so. We are very interested in your thoughts on what services you would like us to do and what groups you would like us to host. Everything from Visually impaired Gaming to Gardening and from Cake, Coffee and Chat to Accessible tech. It is especially important to remember that we are here for you and if you need some advice or someone to help fix any issues you might be having with your device or even just to talk to, we are just at the end of the phone. Unfortunately, due to the continuing Covid 19 Lockdown Restrictions we are still unable to provide face to face services such as one to one training and tech try outs from our office. This is something that we as a team a greatly missing. However, we are continuing to provide our remote services through phone calls and digital media.
We have set up a Helpline that anyone can call to chat to one of our tech experts. This number can be called during normal working hours. You can also call this number to arrange a training session. See below.
Over the phone training or video meeting training.
You can call the number above to arrange a one-on-one training session with one of our tech experts. With this we will book you in for a 30-minute session, here you can find out about what tech might be suitable for you, get training on tech that you are already using and even just have a nice chat. We are even able to help fix any equipment that might not be working properly. These sessions can be repeated as often as needed. We can provide these sessions over the phone or by video meeting such as Zoom, MS teams, FaceTime, Google Meets or Skype. These sessions are free to anyone with a visual impairment.
Our TripleTapChats run on the Zoom Platform. We will be hosting them on Wednesday the 7th and 28th of July 2021 from 13:00 until 15:00.
